Phase 1:  

The Website Launch: The journey of $IN THE WEEDS goes live, inviting hospitality workers to learn more about $IN THE WEEDS and its mission. 

 Smart Contract Creation: The foundational code of $IN THE WEEDS tokens is meticulously crafted, ensuring security and functionality . 

Social Media Activation: The birth of our community channels, a space for hospitalty workers,business owners, lovers of travel, and crypto adventurers to gather, share, and grow. 

Phase 2:

 Presale and Marketing: $IN THE WEEDS begins its journey by ensuring a level playing field for all investors through a fair and transparent presale. Funds raised during the presale will be dedicated to provide initial liquidity into decentralized exchanges and for crafting a professional and comprehensive marketing strategy. This strategy will lay the groundwork for broader awareness and adoption, setting the stage for the token's future growth. 

STEPS OF OUR PRESALE:

 1)Hospitality Worker Token Distribution : $IN THE WEEDS will distribute complimentary tokens to hospitality workers worldwide, empowering them to become ambassadors of our vision and mission. These individuals will be recognized as Founding Members of the $IN THE WEEDS community. Concurrent with this initiative, tokens will also be allocated to charitable causes as part of our commitment to creating a positive global impact.

2)Seed Round : Unlike traditional seed rounds — where venture capitalists acquire tokens at heavily discounted prices — $IN THE WEEDS takes a different approach. True to our mission of serving the working community, we are opening our seed round exclusively to 100,000 hospitality workers, making them the foundational investors of this project. Funds raised during this phase will be allocated directly toward executing our marketing strategy, ensuring growth is driven by the community it was built for.

3) Community Building : $IN THE WEEDS will launch a series of online giveaways and contests, providing early community members the opportunity to accumulate additional tokens and other rewards. Alongside these digital initiatives, we will host local meetups to strengthen grassroots connections and foster engagement within our growing community.

4) Business Partnerships : The first 50 hospitality business partners will be officially announced during this phase, each offering exclusive perks and benefits available only to $IN THE WEEDS community members. The remaining partnerships, completing our original 1,000 business partnership goal, will be progressively revealed through the end of the presale and leading up to the IDO — building sustained momentum and continued excitement within our community ahead of launch.

4)Presale: The presale represents the final opportunity for early supporters to participate before the public launch. Open to anyone worldwide who shares in the $IN THE WEEDS vision, this stage welcomes all believers in our mission. Funds raised during this phase will be allocated toward establishing and providing liquidity across decentralized exchanges (DEXs), ensuring a stable and accessible trading environment at launch.

5) Token Lock Up-Half of our Tokens will be locked and scheduled to be released over 4 years gradually, showing future investors we are here for the long run.

Phase 3:  

Development Contract Audit: Ensuring the utmost security and reliability of our smart contract through rigorous audits by industry-leading firms. 

Continued Community Building : During this phase, $IN THE WEEDS will expand its community engagement efforts through targeted social campaigns, coordinated promotional activities, in-person events, and giveaways. These initiatives are designed to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive community while driving broader awareness and adoption ahead of the upcoming Initial DEX Offering (IDO).

Phase 4:  

Awareness Marketing Campaigns: A mix of traditional and unique marketing tactics to spread the word about $IN THE WEEDS far and wide. 

Applications: Establishing $IN THE WEEDS presence on leading crypto tracking platforms for enhanced visibility. 

 Community Engagements: Expanding our reach through collaborations, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives. 

Phase 5:  

DEX Listings: $IN THE WEEDS makes its debut on multiple decentralized exchanges, enhancing accessibility and liquidity.  

DEXTools & Birdeye Updates: Integration with leading analytics platforms to provide real-time data and insights to our users.

Phase 6:  

CEX Listings: Expanding our horizons with listings on top centralized exchanges, increasing $IN THE WEEDS reach and credibility. 

Sustained Marketing Efforts: Continuing to innovate in marketing to keep the community engaged and attract new members to the $INTHEWEEDS.

Phase 7: 

Continue to live our motto: As long as we have a heartbeat, we will keep bringing people together from all over the world — throwing legendary parties and meetups at the best local and partner businesses on the planet, all while making it a better place through our charity work.
