Phase 1:  

The Website Launch: The journey of $IN THE WEEDS goes live, inviting hospitality workers to learn more about $IN THE WEEDS and its mission. 

 Smart Contract Creation: The foundational code of $IN THE WEEDS tokens is meticulously crafted, ensuring security and functionality . 

Social Media Activation: The birth of our community channels, a space for working people and crypto adventurers to gather, share, and grow. 

Phase 2: 

Presale and Marketing: $IN THE WEEDS begins its journey by ensuring a level playing field for all investors through a fair and transparent presale. A portion of the funds raised during the presale will be dedicated to crafting a professional and comprehensive marketing strategy. This strategy will lay the groundwork for broader awareness and adoption, setting the stage for the token's future growth. 

STEPS OF OUR PRESALE:

 1)Seed Round- This is where Venture capitalists usually come in and buy at ridiculously low prices. We are DIFFERENT, we are a token for Hospitality workers.Instead of just having a Whale buy up a bunch of tokens in the seed round, we are having a lucky few hundred hospitality workers be the seed money for this project.This money raised will go towards our marketing strategy.

2)Free Airdrops- Hospitality workers worldwide will be airdropped tokens and will spread the vision of $IN THE WEEDS. We will also be airdopping to charitable causes at the same time to help make the world a better place.

3)Private Sale -Hospitality workers worldwide who believe in and want to share the vision of ours come into our project here.

4) Token Lock Up-Tokens will be locked and scheduled to be released over 4 years gradually, showing future investors we are here for the long run.

5)Presale-Last chance for early believers to get in.This stage is open to anybody, not only hospitality workers.

Phase 3:  

Development Contract Audit: Ensuring the utmost security and reliability of our smart contract through rigorous audits by industry-leading firms. 

Community Building: Engaging social activities and promotions to foster a vibrant and inclusive $IN THE WEEDS community. 

Phase 4:  

Awareness Marketing Campaigns: A mix of traditional and unique marketing tactics to spread the word about $IN THE WEEDS far and wide. 

Applications: Establishing $IN THE WEEDS presence on leading crypto tracking platforms for enhanced visibility. 

 Community Engagements: Expanding our reach through collaborations, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives. 

Phase 5:  

DEX Listings: $IN THE WEEDS makes its debut on multiple decentralized exchanges, enhancing accessibility and liquidity.  

DEXTools & Birdeye Updates: Integration with leading analytics platforms to provide real-time data and insights to our users. 

The first 100 businesses that will accept our token for payment are announced: This shows we really will have some utility.

Phase 6:  

CEX Listings: Expanding our horizons with listings on top centralized exchanges, increasing $IN THE WEEDS reach and credibility. 

Sustained Marketing Efforts: Continuing to innovate in marketing to keep the community engaged and attract new members to the $INTHEWEEDS.

Phase 7: 

After mass adoption and acceptance in the crypto community, $IN THE WEEDS changes marketing to be known as ITW(our ticker symbol)CRYPTO.Lets be honest no company is gonna want to accept $INTHEWEEDS tokens, but ITW CRYPTO, YES!

So while we still will keep our original websites and social media accounts, for anybody who still wants to have fun with them, new ones under the ITW branding will be made.

And FINALLY, hospitality companies and businesses that care about their employees well being start accepting ITW as payment. 

Now all these tokens out there all talk all this BS about there utility, we have a very simple vision and plan, which is as follows:

Our adoption as a payment token will take several years, and alot of hard work , but anything worth while does.

Step1: Even before we are listed on a DEX, we will have 100 businesses, mostly in the state of Florida, ready to accept the ITW token. This shows we really are serious about the utility of this token.

Step 2: By the end of year one we hope to have over 1,000 small and large corporations with locations throughout Florida to accept our token.

Year 3: Expand to over 100,000 locations throughout the United States that are vacation hot spots.

Year 4: Expand Worldwide to over 1 million locations that are vacation hot spots.
